I just wanted to thank everyone at C.S. FLournoy, Inc. who was involved in taking down the huge tree in my back yard. It was a very painful decision for me, but from the Danny Epps who first came to assess the job to the Danny Golden who ground the stump, everyone at your company was very understanding. The job was a difficult one in tight space and the team led by Travis cut down the tree safely, cleanly and with great skill. You were all kind and helpful and answered my many questions with commendable patience. They checked with me about preferences about what to do with the wood, etc. before proceeding. When they left, other than vastly more light in my back yard, there was little evidence that they had been here. When I called to say that I couldn’t open my gate since it had been replaced, two men promptly came and worked on it until the gate was working properly. (To be honest, the gate works better now than it ever did before.) Forgive me for not being able to recall everyone’s names at CS FLournoy Inc, but I just wanted to write to tell you all that your professionalism was very much appreciated. May every one of you have a safe and Prosperous new year.
